Michelle's interior design career began in a slightly unconventional way.  After completing a design project for a family member in 2000 a part-time design business developed. A few years later after careful consideration, she left a long term career in insurance to complete an interior design degree and fully focus efforts in the design field.

Michelle currently serves on the Interior Design Advisory Board at Johnson County Community College. She's been awarded for her work in the commercial and residential design categories by the Kansas City Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers.

Michelle's primary design focus is creating highly personalized spaces based on each clients functional needs, available budget and desired aesthetic. Having worked in corporate environments for many years, she brings a wealth of knowledge on what works and doesn't work in commercial spaces.

When Michelle isn't designing, she can be found cooking, reading or traveling locally and abroad. She's married, has three sons, two granddaughters and a very spoiled pup.
