This resort style multi-family property is located near Prairie Fire, an area of Overland Park that is bustling with shops, dining and entertainment. To stay competitive with the new, neighboring multi-family communities, a full renovation was required. The existing flagstone flooring was removed and replaced with a wood-look plank tile and the existing walls and woodwork were painted contrasting colors of white and warm grey to enhance the beautifully detailed millwork on the pillars and coffered ceilings. An unused theater space was repurposed into a coffee lounge and kitchenette area with plenty of tables and chairs to allow sitting and relaxing with a beverage. The main clubhouse was strategically designed to provide both relaxation and social engagement through the addition of a pool table area and various seating areas that take advantage of the view of the pool and park like landscaping. All new FF&E was brought in to enhance the new color scheme in relaxing blue and grey tones with warm wood detailing creating a comfortable and sophisticated space.
